The Lichtman Associates, PC includes in its
areas of expertise the designing and renovating of Receiving
and Distribution Warehouse facilities as well as other
industrial buildings. Much of the firm's experience
is comprised of complex type buildings encompassing
both new construction and renovation. In conjunction
with several material handling engineers, we have concluded
that this type of building is best designed from the
inside out.
Our Quality Control/Quality Assurance Program
is amplified by using low bid procedures. Our clients
can benefit from our most recent experience in designing
over one million square feet of receiving, distribution,
and manufacturing space on an extremely tight site.
To this day, our clients have directly benefited from
our clear and concise program and design process through
which we have already cleared over $100 million worth
of construction. Our long term clients, references,
and friends can attest to our qualifications as well
as our reputation.

"Non-Traditional Use Of Traditional Materials For Plant,
Bronx, NYLow maintenance requirements and the flexibility
of metal encouraged the use of wall panels in the Rose
and David Feiss Distribution Center.
Murray Feiss Industries manufactures custom lighting fixtures
and needed just under five million cu. ft. of loading storage
and warehouse areas. Architect Lichtman Associates PC. of
Princeton, NJ, used strategically spaced columns and main
beams along with color to create a pleasing facade to the
project."
